Samsung hat seit Android Oreo angefangen seine ROMs mit lz4 Kompression zu packen..

Um diese Dateien wieder zum entpacken gibt es unter Windows das Tool lz4

Aus deiner Fragestellung leite ich ab das du es nicht benutzen solltest.. Ist besser, als Selbstschutz, das dein Handy nicht beschädigst..
